FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING POLICIES

Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, custom orders typically take between 4 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and size of the project. You will receive an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed.


Standard Orders: For non-custom items, we aim to process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days.
 

Shipping Methods:  We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express options. Shipping charges will vary based on the selected method, destination, and weight of the package.
For large or oversized items, we may use a specialized courier or freight service. We will coordinate with you to ensure smooth delivery.

 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
 

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and in order confirmation email.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.


International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve the situation promptly.


Local Pickup: We offer a local pickup option for customers in our area. If you choose local pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready and coordinate a convenient pickup time.


Fulfillment Issues: If we encounter any issues with fulfilling your order, such as inventory shortages or production delays, we will notify you immediately and provide options for resolution, including revised delivery dates, alternative products, or refunds.
