REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

At JSM Media LLC, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.

Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover initial costs and secure your project's place in our schedule.

 

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom furniture and bespoke pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the project is completed and delivered. We work closely with our clients throughout the process to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Damage During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Client Agreement and Acceptance: At the time of delivery or pickup, you will be asked to sign an acceptance of the product in satisfactory condition. Once this acceptance is signed, returns and refunds will not be allowed. This policy ensures that you are fully satisfied with the product upon receipt and helps maintain the quality and integrity of our work.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason after delivery or pickup of the item or service purchased, you find that due to a manufacturing defect in the product or service you are not satisfied, please contact us. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
